Guidelines:

This is NOT a physical product, not a commission for a custom tattoo. This IS permission to use one of my existing designs as a tattoo. This only grants the personal, non-exclusive permission to tattoo ONE of my designs for ONE tattoo, nothing else. You are free to buy multiple tickets for multiple designs.

I retain all original rights to the work. Please avoid making changes to my design, and please avoid getting commissioned work tattooed. It’s safe to assume any art being sold in my shop is not commissioned. If you are not sure about something you see on social media, you are welcome to ask.  Note that a design might not be unique to you, and has most likely been created for merchandise or other uses.

Nothing physical will be sent to you for this purchase; your order receipt will act as your proof of purchase and permission. All ticket sales are final, as I can not accept returns or cancellations. This ticket does not give you permission to use my design in any other way or for any business purposes. For all other purposes and inquiries, please send me a message.

Please tag/credit me in any photos taken by the tattoo artist or shop as @SleepyHeadKL or Kelly Latham. “Credit to Artist” is not appropriate.

Anyways, now that all that is out of the way I just wanted to say thank you again for the support. I would love to see the tattoos after, so if you want to send me photos, or tag me @SleepyHeadKL on social media, I would be over the moon. Thanks again, and I hope you enjoy your new tattoo!
