Welcome to My Travel Sketchbook Gallery

I wander the world with a watercolor set, a fistful of pens, and a little folding chair—drawing on site, one sketch at a time. All of these pages were created through urban sketching: capturing what I see in the moment, right where I am. Below, you’ll find a collection of my travels, organized by trip.

Red Rock State Park & Sedona Arizona - 2025

I painted in Red Rock State Park on day one, then spent day two wandering down the scenic byway to Oak Creek Village. It rained both days—which would normally be great, but not so much when you’re carrying a sketchbook made of paper. With an average of 278 sunny days a year, it was funny timing lol. Very fun tip!

Grand Canyon & Route 66 - 2025

My dad and I drove Route 66 from Oklahoma through Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona to the Grand Canyon and back, with lots of stops and fun detours along the way!

Washington DC - 2024
