US Shipping: All shipping is flat rate per order. Tier 1 Domestic is $1 per order for small items such as bookmarks, stickers, and magnets. Tier 1 Domestic ships via letter mail without tracking. Tier 2 Domestic is $5 per order for large items such as 8x10 or 11x14 prints. Tier 2 Domestic is shipped via First Class mail and includes tracking. Any Tier 1 order over $35 is automatically upgraded to a First Class Package with tracking for no additional charge.

Global Shipping: All shipping is flat rate per order. Tier 1 Global is $2 per order for small items such as bookmarks, stickers, and magnets. Tier 1 Global ships via letter mail without tracking. Tier 2 Global is $20 per order for large items such as 8x10 or 11x14 prints. Tier 2 Global is shipped via First Class mail and includes tracking. Please allow 3-4 months for delivery from the United States.
Global shipping currently excludes the United Kingdom for VAT and Germany for LUCID Packaging Laws.

Processing Time: Please allow 2-10 business days to process and ship orders.

Missing Orders: If there is a problem with your order, such as missing items, incorrect items, or an order that did not arrive, please reach out to kelly@kellylatham.com within 6 months of placing the order. Unfortunately, orders older than 6 months are unable to be handled due to increased fraud risk.

Incorrect Address: If you find you have provided the incorrect shipping address, the funds for the items (excluding shipping) will be refunded to the original form of payment once the original order has been received back via return mail. Due to the nature of a one person business, errors due to customer negligence are unable to be corrected at the cost of the artist. Please double check your shipping address to avoid this error, thank you. If the return package is never received, the items can not be refunded. Return to seller or unclaimed packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred. 

Return Policy

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Used, opened, personalized, subscription, digital, seasonal, limited edition, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Gift Returns: If your order was a gift, please email kelly@kellylatham.com and I will be happy to help.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, I will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to ten business days for the refund to appear due to varying processing times between payment providers. If the original payment method has expired, a store credit will be issued.
Exceptions approved after 30 days will be refunded as store credit only.

  1. Make Sure Your Order Qualifies
    Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return. Personalized items, Sticker Club items, digital downloads, limited edition bundles, and seasonal releases are all non-refundable.

  2. To request a return, email kelly@kellylatham.com with your order number and reason for return.

  3. Return Your Order and Packing Slip

Items returned to any other address may incur a rerouting fee deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Await Your Refund: Once the return arrives and is inspected, I will process your refund to the original payment method, minus original and return shipping costs. Refunds may take up to ten business days to appear. If you do not see the refund after that time, contact kelly@kellylatham.com.

Exchanges: Exchanges are not currently offered, but I will always try to be as accommodating as possible.

Price Adjustments: I am unable to offer price adjustments or honor gift-with-purchase promotions on past orders.
