Order Minimum
Opening Order: $150.00 USD per order.
Reorder: $100.00 USD per order.
How to Order

Include either item names, SKUs, and quantities. (MOQs are at the top of each page)
Send a spreadsheet, a typed list, or a photo of numbers scribbled on the back of a napkin—whatever’s easiest for you

Product Packaging
Bookmarks & Stickers: Please specify if you need hang bag packaging.
Notepads: Packaging is included.
Payment
Invoices are sent via Square (squareup.com) or Faire once your order is ready to ship, and must be paid within 7 days.
Orders will not ship until payment is received.
Kelly is not responsible for delays due to unpaid invoices.
Fulfillment
Orders are ready to ship in 4-7 day (10-14 days during peak season - January, July, Holidays).
Orders ship upon payment.
Rush processing may be available—email to inquire.
Shipping
All orders include tracking and insurance.
Shipping is calculated by postage providers based on weight, size, and distance.
Shipping costs will be added to the invoice for review before payment.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Default carrier: USPS, unless more economical options are available. Let me know if you prefer a different carrier.
Local delivery is available in or near Savannah, Georgia (shipping fee waived).
Returns & Exchanges
Defective items may be exchanged or credited—must be reported within 5 days with photos.
Unclaimed or returned packages will be charged full shipping and handling costs.
